FOR US, QUALITY IS THE BASIS FOR THE SATISFACTION OF OUR CLIENTS, WHICH IS WHY WE CONDUCT ANNUAL ANALYSES ON THE INCOMING RAW MATERIALS, ANALYSES DURING THE MIXING PROCESS AND ALSO ON THE PACKAGED PRODUCT.

Our qualitative analysis is carried out throughout the entire production cycle, to ensure a consistent quality over time. Here’s what we do, phase by phase.

ACCEPTANCE AND ANALYSIS:
Before accepting the raw materials of our suppliers, we analyze that their commercial volume corresponds to what has been agreed and we make sure that they meet the physical, chemical and biological characteristics established by the production standards. Each incoming load is subjected to various tests such as PH and EC analysis, phytotoxicity and weeds.

ANALYSIS DURING MIXING:
During the mixing and homogenization process of our substrates, we take a sample of soil to be analysed, in order to check the regularity of the chemical parameters.

ANALYSIS OF THE PACKAGED LOT:
Even at the end of the packaging process, we check the conformity of the packaged product to the technical specifications. The data obtained are stored in the production archives for six months so that, if necessary, the characteristics of the batch in question can be traced back.
